You should also take a boat tour on the river Spree or go shopping at Hackescher Markt / Oranienburger Str. There are also some nice beach clubs opposite the museums island and the Bundespressestrand close to the Reichstag. All within walking distance. Berlin has a fantastic theater program, musical blue men group or a lot of historic museums. Check out the former east German palace of the republic which is currently being ripped apart close to the TV tower.
